confused about accounts

I received my Deluxe Online Edition, which is what I have used for many years. After I entered the Activation Code, it welcomed me but when I tried opening a form and transferring data from last year it flashed a notice that said I cna't have more than one account open and it wouldn't allow me to continue with my form. I am not sure why it thinks that I have more than one account. I only have one. Perhaps is it because sometimes I use my SIN for ID? and sometimes my email address? They give me both options and I can't remember from one time to the other which I use.  

Regardless, what do I do now? I want it to think that I have only one account and I want it to let me in and start transferring data.
