CRA called me, said one of my T4s for 2016 was not received. I filed through TurboTax got confirmation number. T4 does not show up on CRA website but the others do. Help!

I filed my taxes through TurboTax last year, CRA called me and said I was missing one T4. They received the other t4s for that year but not one, I checked my CRA account and it also doesn’t show up. 

Can I re file the single T4 through turbo tax? What can I do about this?
