Did anyone else get charged the new price vs old price when they filed taxes started before April 1?

got charged 39.99 not 34.99 for premium package. sadly the notice about the old price was only on my screen and not in writing

If you received the email offering a discount, please send us a screenshot in private so we can try to help you. Could you also confirm if the email associated with this account is still valid by answering YES or NO?
