I am trying to make my income tax but I can not open your Turbo tax form because you will not accept my  answer                   the 16 letter  code  ... ?  that`s the only one I have

thank you for trying to help me  ... I have paid and download the program but I can not use it because they want my license code  ... I tried three times to send my license code but they will not accept it ... so I am stock .. can not use the program ... how do I get a new code ... or activate the old one ... what should I do .....
