Do I add all my income and expenses together for 2 business? One I received a T4A and the other I did not. They are separate industry codes

No, you would put them as separate businesses (two T2125 forms). When you put in the T4A, TurboTax will automatically make a T2125 form for that business. You can then add a second one for the second business.

FYI: The industry codes were revised in 2017 and some have changed. If you have problems with the ones you have used in the past you can look up your current industry code on the Stats Can website: http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=380372
