Do I have to pay the premium price for each return of a married couple if ONLY one spouse has a T5 and it won't be split (interest of nominal amount).

referring to Premium price of turbotax

If you two are preparing your returns together, then you are both using the same version of TurboTax and so will both be charged the same price.
