Does interest relief benefit apply to me if my T4 income is less than $75,000? But I sold my condo last year which count as a income. Will the benefit fit my criteria?

The interest relief benefit is for people who received COVID-19 benefits. If you didn't get CERB, CRB or similar assistance, you don't qualify for interest relief.
