Does it require Adobe Reader installed in the computer to do on-line?

It requires no software other than an Internet Browser to use Turbotax on-line.
However if you wish to download a PDF archive version of your T1 return, you will need Adobe Reader to view it. It's a useful free tool or app to have anyway.
