Does she need to use the same login account as mine?
She created a separate login account. When she try to apply activation code, it says activation code already used and paid again. Why is she not able to apply rebate? How can she get her payment refunded?

The activation codes for more than one return are to be use in the account presented to purchase the code only.
It cannot be used in multiple accounts.

Why is that? I can use disk version on two different computers. Why can't I share my 8 returns between my family for two different accounts?
