Filled my wife's tax return for 2017 but in her CRA file, no tax return has received yet. This looks confusing. What happened to the file while we have the confirmation.

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number for your wife's income tax return, you can rest assured that your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.
