First time filing and thought this is free but it wants me to pay 39.99 how do I start over with free addition?

TurboTax online free version does not have related fees. In this case, you perhaps were choosing either an additional TurboTax service, getting the TurboTax Premier, or clicking on an upgrade while completing your return. In this case, it is recommendable to start over in the free addition.
