I finished my return and was submitting my wife’s when a Windows 10 download interrupted me. When I try to open Turbtax it does not open. How do I complete the return?

I finished my return and was submitting my wife’s when a Windows 10 download interrupted me. When I try to open Turbtax it does not open. How do I complete the return?

For TurboTax Online, please try clearing your browser cache: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647843

If this doesn’t work, try using a different browser. If you are on a mobile device, please try using a laptop or a desktop computer.

 

For TurboTax CD/download, please reinstall the software using the download from our website: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3001486
