Received scholarship in Jan 2018, but graduated in Dec 2017. Have T4A box 105 with no T2202A.

I was a full-time student in 2017, graduated in Dec 2017. One of my scholarships is based on my grades, and I received the scholarship in Jan 2018 for my Fall 2017 semester. However, I do not have a T2202A from 2018, since I have already graduated in Dec 2017. Which box 105 should I fill this scholarship income in for my 2018 tax filing?

For your 2018 return, choose the first option from your screenshot since you were a F/T student on 2017.

The income won't be taxed since you were a student when the scholarship was awarded/calculated (even though you didn't receive it until the following year).
