I get this message after I click review and continue.
I get to the part that says to file then it goes to review and then it says the error
I get the same error when trying to file with cra. Never had these issues with turbo tax before.
Have you tried again to see if it went through or are you still getting this same error message?
I am getting the same message yesterday and today. I have used Turbo tax many times but never the online version and don't think I will use it again. No help or anyone knows what is going on. frustrating to say the least

Have been trying to Netfile for 3 days and this keeps coming up -
From this thread this does not look like a new issue but a bug with your online version as I have used CD version for 20 years with no issues. Is this something I should be returning? I have 7 more taxes to complete and this version is not very helpful.

It's almost end of time to file my taxes, and I can't wait to get finished. I got the same error message at the very last step, right before NETFILE CRA filing, and I've been trying to fix it for days, but I'm not figuaring it. What am I supposed to do, and what compensation can TurboTax offer me if I miss the filing deadline, or should I just blame myself and feel guilty for taking advantage of the consumers who trust TurboTax?
@emandual The filing due date is April 30 for most taxpayers, June 15 for self-employed, and may vary for a deceased person's return.

In as much as this is true, some of us want to complete our tax filing before the CRA due dates. I encountered this error while trying to refile my 2023 taxes, and because I can't complete the refile I am unable to file my 2024 taxes. It's more than 2 weeks now, any idea when this will be resolved?
