I have used Turbotax for several years now. Have the Deluxe Online Edition purchased and activated. Whenever I go to start a new return and it asks me for whom I am creating it....no matter what response I give it will say "let's get started" and then return to previous screen and ask me again how I did my taxes last year and will not leave that loop. Can someone recommend a fix for this? Thank you
