Good day, I am trying to determine if my spouse's chiropractic, massage therapy, and allergist expenses are valid to claim?

Depends on which province your spouse lives in, these expenses may be claimable under medical expense.

  • Chiropractor is claimable in all provinces except for Northwest Territories and Nunavut
  • Registered massage therapy is claimable only in BC, NB, NL, ON, and PE
  • Allergist expense could be categorized as "Medical services by medical practitioners (doctor, specialist)", which is claimable in all provinces.
