Can I get 10% discount even if I am not a TurboTax Advantage customer?

I am not a TurboTax Advantage customer. But when I checked the website, products for 2015 are already available for pre-order and it is showing that there is a 10% discount for the price. Am I going to eligible for that pricing if I pre-order now?
