Guide to filing tax for Canadians after a working holiday abroad?

Hi, I'm a Canadian citizen who's just returned from a working holiday in Europe and need to file my taxes with the CRA. Is there any guidance on this? I assume I'm non-resident as I was away the whole year.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but it's currently saying I have a balance due. Canada has a tax treaty with the EU country in question so there shouldn't be a reason I'm having to pay double tax.

Filing a Canadian tax return as a non-resident, you must take 3 things into consideration; a) Your residency status, b) the type of income you are reporting and c) If we have a tax treaty with the country in question, which in this case you state there is one, so you will then file for a Foreign Tax Credit.
