Had an error and told me to remove turbo tax standard and download new again. said everything would be saved. nothing happening as will not download and cant talk to anyo

had error code:TT401 and removed turbo tax standard from my computer that i have paid for already and was going to reinstall as the help told me to do. i am not computer savvy and now i do not know what to do as cant reninstall or talk to anyone
