Bought basic but cant download get cant reach page

I bought intuit Turbotax with the CD from Staples On Feb 18, 2018 for $34.99 ($39.19 including taxes). I have an apple computer and when I tried to load it I realized it was for windows. I tried to return it to Staples and they said to phone Turbo tax but I could not find a phone number. I ended up buying turbotax online.

How can I get reimbursed for the turbotax that I did not use.
