Hey folks - profile keeps loading and loading. Refreshing doesn't work. Can't access Help function. What's going on?
I have logged in, and am trying to get my taxes started as I do every year, but the profile keeps loading and loading. Refreshing or logging out and in again does not help. I can't access the Help function either. What's going on?
