Hi, I just pay for my order and the bank has notified me that my account has minus my money. But when I check the website again, I cannot click on the section "

Section "started your return". What should I do?

You can select another option to begin entering your information. Auto-Fill is usually the recommended next step, but you can select something else. You can also use the search bar to find what you need.
