Hi, I paid your promo fees which was offered to me last month. At that time I did not have my last year User ID.

Now I have the login ID from last year which offers me a better rate. As such I intend to use the better rate once I finish my filling next week. How do I get a refund for the one I paid last month or credit? Thanks
