Hi, I work part-time and also do freelance/self employment from home. Two of the organizations who pay for my services are one in UK and one in US. How do I report?

Because we have tax treaties with both these countries (US & UK), you are protected from being double taxed. 

Go under your Income tab - T-slips, at the bottom you will find Foreign Income, this is where you would enter your foreign income.
