Hi there - i am trying to use an online code but it is for the lowest filing service.. i must have signed up for the higher ($39.99) and now can't change it?

I believe the value of my code is $19.99. How can i change it? Do i have to do all my taxes again?

You must have clicked on yes to wanting to upgrade. Unfortunately there is no way to "down grade" unless you start your return over again.
