Home buyers worksheet. I have very low income this year. Can I increase the amount to include in income above the minimum payment required?

No, you can only increase the amount of any RRSP contributions you are designating as a repayment. CRA will only include in your income the "required minimum repayment" to your Home Buyer's Plan.
