How can I access the WHOLE page for finishing my return and paying your fee?

I am having the same issue please provide answer?

I uninstalled the MS program "Silverlight" and then got the complete form when I signed in again to turbotax

I used the page down key on my keyboard and it worked. Was able  to scroll . Very simple but took 3 days to figure it out. Hopefully turbotax will correct this problem.

try Google Chrome - it has the zoom feature under "view"

Hello, not sure why it do that, but have you tried to zoom out? Depending on the browser you are using, that option could be in the View menu, and try to zoom out until you can see the whole page and you can zoom in back if it works.

I am not sure about the down key, I would give a try with the Tab key, that should allow you to navigate in the fields until you highlight the Continue button, push Enter when it`s highlighted,

Thanks for reply, I used the page up and page down to move page and it worked well, hope Turbo Tax will fix it.

This worked for me also except I used the "down" arrow to move the page.

I used the down and up arrow to move the page up and down. hope it helps.

Sorry to hear that. I think it is time that TurboTax provides an answer.
