How can I ask for a reimbursement for the De Luxe forfait? My taxes were filed before anybody had a chance to review them, but I thought I was paying for that service.

How can I ask for a reimbursement for the De Luxe / Standard forfait? 

As I was finishing uploading all my info on the free version, I wanted to have somebody review my taxes before filing. That's why I purchased an upgrade to the De Luxe / Standard version at the very end of it. 

I followed the steps as and it turns out that they filed my taxes without giving anybody the chance to review the information beforehand. Now I feel like I paid 22,98$ for a service that I didn't receive.

Could you please let me know how to go about this?

You didn’t get a review because TurboTax Standard/DeLuxe doesn’t include a review service. You would need to add Assist & Review/Revue-conseils to your return for that.
