Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online? Do you want French or English?

I am in the same situation.  Purxchased in English, but I need it in French.  Download version.

Veuillez voir l'image ci-dessous. Choississez "Fr" pour se connecter au TurboImpôt en français.

You do not need to uninstall the EN version ; just install the FR version from here : Sélectionnez la version de TurboImpôt que vous avez achetée
