How can I declare an amount for Fee for service without having to start a business?

In TurboTax Online, use the Other Employment Income page, which you can get to by using the FIND tool to search for “Tips”.

In TurboTax CD/Download, you can also use the Other Employment Income page, which you can get to by using the FIND tool to search for “Other”.
