If you want to deactivate your TurboTax Online account, you’ll need to contact our phone support team. To talk to them, visit https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/. After entering some basic info about what you need help with, the page will give you the phone number for the team best suited to help.
Deactivating your account will delete any returns or information that you have associated with it.
