How can I retrieve a .tt23 file?

I had the 2023 online version, and want to import into the 2024 download version.

You can’t transfer returns from TurboTax Canada Online to TurboTax Canada Desktop.

 

TurboTax Online doesn't generate .ttxx files, as it's not based on the desktop software.
