How do I access my 2020 tax returns in order to obtain my adjusted gross income?

In order to complete my 2021 tax returns I've been asked to provide information from my 2020 tax returns, but I'm unable to retrieve those returns

If you used TurboTax Online please sign into your 2020 account with the same credentials you had used to create your return- https://ww1.2020.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/secure/return_manager
