How do I access the online return to do my return?

I was to access TurboTax Basic 2018

TurboTax Basic is not available Online. It's only available as a downloadable application for Windows. You can download the current version of TurboTax Basic CD/download edition from here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax-software/download-skus/turbotax-2018.jsp
