How do I change from the $49.99 plan back to the $19.99 plan. I chose the wrong plan.

You cannot change the plan you have with the current return but can scrap it and start a new return with the plan of your choice.  All of TurboTax's online products allow you to pay at the end, which allows you to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your return prior to filing.
