How do I connect with Intuit to receive my TurboTax program?

I paid for the program but have not received it. Should it have gone to my e-mail address?

I see that you have purchased TurboTax Premier 2025. I have re-sent the receipt to you via email. Confirm if you have received it. Please check your junk/spam folder.
