How do I download a 2021 return completed online to populate a 2022 return done on a computer

Or alternatively, is there any way to change my purchase to the online version?

Unfortunately, TurboTax Online returns cannot be transferred into TurboTax CD/Download. TurboTax Online does not .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses.
