How do I download previous years Turbotax???

Computer crashed and previous files are gone.

Would not download previous years.

I have installation code, but was never asked for it.

I went to the link and tired to download standard version for 2016 and 2017 but no response when I clicked on the link. To test links I clicked on the Business Incorporated link and it did download that file. It appears the link to 2016 ans 2017 standard version is NOT working???
