How do I download tax turbo that I have paid for

How to install TurboTax

Before you begin: Review the system requirements

1. Click the link for the TurboTax product that you purchased.
   The installer is downloaded to your computer, and the installer window appears on the screen.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen, clicking Next to move through the process.
3. On the Ready to Install screen, select Install.
4. Once the installation is complete, select Launch TurboTax.
   The Enter Licence code window appears.
5. Enter your Licence code and complete the instructions on the screen.

 Please click on the following link : https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/install and choose the version you have purchased and it will download from there.  Once your software is downloaded it will then ask for your license code- enter it when prompted, and it will install.

i spent over a hour not being able to download

@bruce621 Are you trying to download from https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/install ? What happens when you click on the download link?

I can'T get the CD to work or download from web

If you purchased TurboTax CD you can go here to download your software.

i purchased from Walmart on April 14, 2024 and the License code not working 

As this will be the last time i will use this product as which i have used this for years and not it is that use friend anymore just lot of problem to get you to purchase the service.
