How do I enter Digital News Subscription Tax Credit in TurboTax online? I found a reference to line 31350 but how do I access that?

Someone else asked a similar question but when I select it goes blank.

On the left side menu, please select Deductions > Payments Profile > Digital News Subscription to enter your amount for that credit.
