How do I enter my daughters income for 2014. she lived in Quebec and I am not sure if it goes under Federal income or Quebec.

You have to file a federal return, and a separate Quebec return.  Each one is netfiled separately.  You will need to pay the federal tax and the provincial tax separately as well.
