If you used TurboTax Online, sign in to TurboTax Online for the tax year 2018 here: https://ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/. If you used TurboTax CD/Download and you saved it on your computer you can simply go to the Start button on the bottom left of your screen and click on Start and you will see a small search bar - type in .tt18 and you will find it there. If you did not save it, unfortunately, there is not a way to access it

@1802909 Due to scheduled CRA maintenance, NETFILE, ReFILE and Express Notice of Assessment will not be available from January 17, 2020 at 11 p.m. EST until February 24, 2020 at 6 a.m EST. You will not be able to NETFILE returns for any year until it reopens.

@AlvinaOConnor @anoudeth oudanonh As Mary-Ann posted earlier, if you used TurboTax Online, sign in to TurboTax Online 2018 here: https://ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/ . If you have multiple accounts, you may have to log in and out of each one to find which has your return.
If you used TurboTax CD/Download, your return was likely saved to your computer. By default, TurboTax CD/Download saves the file in a folder located at: C:\Users\yourname\Documents\TurboTax\. Inside that folder, you’ll have another folder for each year you used TurboTax. So 2018 will have your .tt18 files in it.
If you have Windows 10, you can also click on the Start button and type in .tt18 to search for your 2018 returns.

I recently completed 2018 returns using turbo tax. my laptop died before completing routing # & bank info. how can I re open & complete ? will stimulus check be sent to my address without this info ?
If you used one of the online products, you just need to sign back to your account and on the left-hand side menu, click on "my tax returns".

when you open your return, use the "find" engine on the top bar to look for your T slip you were working on.
If you have used a desktop version, it should be saved on your computer, search in the windows browser for your file name which is saved under your name. open the file and continue from where you left. or use the "find" engine on the top blue bar to look for the T slip you were working on.

You will need to sign in to your 2018 TurboTax online account using the same credentials you had used to complete your return, to look at the copy of the PDF of your tax return.
