Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

Unfortunately, TurboTax Online for 2020 is no longer available, and so you will not be able to access your unfinished return. If you have a Windows PC, you can still get TurboTax CD/Download for 2020 here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/prior-year-taxes#tax-year-2020
