How do I fix this error? "...go to your T4 slip and select 'no' to the question about claiming expenses for working from home due to COVID-19." I don't have a T4 slip??

I have the same error, this is maddening. The deadline is approaching and I don't see anyone replying to this problem on any of the help requests.
