How do I refile my 2023 return? When I try to access it on my Turbotax account I can only open a PDF?

If you have used the TurboTax desktop version, Open TurboTax 2023, go to 'Changed the Filed Return," select the file, and continue.

I can only access PDFs of my older returns, which means I can't use ReFile. How do I get access to my 2023 return that allows me to use ReFile?
