How do I turn off Auto-Save?

I look doing some what-if scenarios but then these get saved automatically and then I have to go back in and re-input my original numbers

If you are using TurboTax Online, there is no way to change how the program saves. Every time you continue to the next page, your progress will be saved. However, you can make copies of your returns, by going to My Returns > View All Tax Returns, and clicking “copy” under a return. You can also rename the return so that you can tell which copy is which. You’ll only be charged for the returns that you file.

Absolutely ridiculous that we cannot go back to retrive the previous copy just saved.

I accidentally deleted a self employment income record and turbo tax automatically saved.

I have no way I can go back to the old copy.

Never trust TurboTax anymore. The online version sucks so bad, Do not buy online version.

They just want to save money on CDs. Their online help sucks as well.

Please, please do not buy online version. Teach them a lesson. Thanks!

They do not eve warn you ahead of time that the online version automatically saves your return every time

you go to the next page.

We value your feedback. However, please note that once you delete information from your tax return, it cannot be recovered as it is permanently removed from the system. This is how the software is designed to function. It will not retain any data that you choose to delete.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
