How do you add a tax return to your userid?

I have more than one tax return to complete. How do you add these tax returns to your sign userid?

Go Tools menu, then Return Manager. Then Create A New Return.

I did that, saved it and it is not there.  If I just do it again and again, will it ever appear or am I just wasting time?
