If you used the CD/ Download version of TurboTax, you’ll have to search your computer files to find your old returns. You’ll want to search for files with the extension .tt15. If you used the Online version of TurboTax in 2015, then unfortunately, those servers have been shut down and the files are no longer available. We didn’t offer long term storage of returns at that time either.
However, you can still get the information that was contained in your 2015 from the CRA. You can do this through their My Account service.
