How is my information from past submissions carried over to the 2023 tax return? I have used TurboTax in the years 2019-2020-2021. I have not used it in 2022 however thx

Unfortunately, you can only transfer information from the past year. You would be able to transfer your 2021 into your 2022 and then 2022 into your 2023. A year cannot be skipped.
