It depends on what version of TurboTax you used.

If you used TurboTax CD/Download, your tax files are only stored on your computer. We don’t keep any copies. If you no longer have your tax files, you can get the information from the CRA using their My Account service: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/account-individuals.html
